(TSX.V:XLY) (" Auxly " or the " Company ") has announced today that following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of a federal agency, Invest in Canada, Ian McKay has resigned as a director of the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company has initiated a search for a new director to replace Mr. McKay.
