GenSure is not sold in the U.S. because there is no base of meters to sell at in the U.S. GenSure may be Hurricane Willy's sole focus and the current object of his hate, but it makes no sense to spend money on commercial advertising on a product that has no U.S. market. As for GenChoice, it is not FDA cleared yet, so it is unlawful to advertise a product that is not pre-market cleared.
But I would be surprised if commercials were not ready to go to sell GenSure in Mexico and India, and GenChoice when it is cleared. KB, no matter what the geniuses on iHub say, has about 40 years of experience marketing these products.
I remember a time when KB worked for BMD (a favorite company of weaver) where he brought into the U.S. a multi-phasic chemistry analyzer called the Hitachi 747 for sale to hospitals. To launch the product he brought in 5 of the analyzers which were 4' X 6' and built BMD's trade show booth into the body of a Boeing 747 that he rented from Flying Tigers.Thousands of medical technologists and clinical chemists were paraded through the 747. In 8 days that 747 visited 23 major cities in the U.S. and Canada and was covered by the (then) 3 major networks and dozens of local media.
I am wondering if the CEO to be, Hurricane Willy, would do something as creative.
