so i sent out an email the company today.

got a call back from their hired IR firm.

basically confirmed there is dilution.

co. had $8mil exercised at .25cents plus 5warrants and the other notes they have all at once.
plus the 5trillion raise.

did state they are about about $2million left. wasnt sure if that was just from the 8mill or all notes combined... but 2mil is the number.

asked if news was coming i keep hearing of news.

stated: no news as of right now. besides the 10q that just hit.

stated they can't say much but advised to tread cautiously do to the rest of the notes. at least.

stated they always try to put out something even if its just to keep the public informed.

however we should basically stick to the 10ks and 10qs

all the info you need is in there...

so my take is they are just converting all the the debt after that they will be back to normal.

i will buy at the absolute bottom. at this rate looks like it could be .0001-2 soon.
