RALEIGH, N.C., July 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LandStar, Inc. (OTCPK:LDSR) has completed its acquisition of Data443™ Risk Mitigation, Inc., a leading data privacy and security company. Data443™ will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of LandStar, Inc. With the strength of the multiple-award-winning data privacy, classification, and governance product ClassiDocs™ and The GDPR Framework, the combined organizations will accelerate to build and acquire relevant, valuable, and profitable cybersecurity product offerings.
