I believe this will happen because the STO intends

I believe this will happen because the STO intends to raise a significant amount of money. Roughly $35 million and I believe the Pre-ICO so far with seed money, etc. has already raised some money. There are funds for advertising but just when, where, and how much remains to be seen. I know it is going to be an exciting time.
