NTEK market cap right now (as mentioned on the conf call) is under $1 million.
Its $273,650 (39,092,713 shares divided by .007 price).
If share price were $1.50, market cap would be $58.6 million. In the range discussed on the call.
So my impression is that is the ballpark price they would be looking for based on feedback from investors when asked "At what price would you be interested in selling?"
-By all means correct me if I've got some numbers wrong.
-Also, this is not either me or the company saying this price is expected or this price is a target or anything. Simply that this is the price range people are looking for.
