$PSGR Confusion reigns! Is Pershing Resources a DEVELOPMENTAL company or an ACQUISITION company or a PIGGY BANK for the majority OWNERS?
The latest Press Release continues a pattern of presenting FUTURE DATES for 'something' that MIGHT happen. Remember all the WHAMMA-JAMMA (ahem) NEW TECHNOLOGY that played out with words in Pershing Resources Press Releases? ALWAYS something in the future would occur BUT the WHAMMA-JAMMA TECHNOLOGY would take a little time to tweak...Y'know...something would happen in the future but for now NOTHING. 'NOW' and 'NOTHING' became a permanent status. NOTE how Pershing Resources no longer alludes to 'NEW' technologies!
After the BS with the New Technologies played out, the MARCO PROJECT was the flavor of the day. There was mention of POSSIBLE occurrences of precious metals as indicated by IN-HOUSE assays. The assay results were always good to very good. NOTE how Pershing Resources no longer alludes to the MARCO PROJECT start-up.
Following the MARCO PROJECT BS, was the 'mine site near Kingman' that showed potential. Y'know, another 'assays indicate a.....' statement. This was the location that would have a MILL and other equipment that would finally start processing the PRECIOUS METALS that were to be mined from the existing mine shafts and heaps. I think of the commercial "Where's the beef?" Shareholders certainly have NOT seen any mining activity at the 'near' Kingman site over the past SEVERAL years!
There was also the California affair, but it quickly folded. What??? You haven't heard about that one??? Let's just say it was a real Gold Mine...(snicker).
To save time and space I have not included the alleged associations/JV that were mentioned in Press Releases. Pele, Blackridge, etc....names that were heralded as catalysts that would kick-start the active mining operations. What mining operations(???) you ask. The mining operations that will follow the acquisition of all those mining claims and/or associations with 'other' companies, of course!
Does anyone see a pattern over the TWENTY PLUS YEARS of this company? More important, has any PRECIOUS METAL been continuously mined, processed & poured, and then SOLD for profit? As far as I can discern, there have been no major payables
(e.g. equipment, hourly labor) ...year after year...for OVER TWO DECADES. WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO? Who is holding the Piggy Bank and what is s/he doing with the money? Of course, I could be wrong: The hundreds of thousands of dollars that have been raised over the years through the sale of stock MAY just be used to produce something of value. Precious metals may play an important role in the past TWO PLUS DECADES. I wonder what type of Gold, Silver, and precious Gems jewelry is popular with CEOs & Senior Executives? Do they have to travel to locate the sources of the precious metals? I suppose that the expenses would be picked up for them... after all, it IS a business expense.
