Re: Lumberg #57

Lumberg, your reference of turning 5K into 50K sounds like something PLUTUS is posting.  Remember, PLUTUS is formerly jkm1.  He purchased MMTE's convertible debt, and sent a copy of the agreement to me.  After one year, jkm1 had the right to convert that debt into shares to redeem the money he loaned William plus the interest promised.  Any number of MMTE shares could be sold till the terms of the agreement were met.  William told me the reason MMTE share price had tanked was because convertible debt holders were converting and selling.  And, I am certain jkm1 laughed at all the complaints on Icrap from investors who were misled be him and others.

As for the remainder of your post, I agree completely.  William does not intend to mine, and says so right in the 8K just filed.  Lazerson does not have the money to do a resource report or mine, and so he strikes a deal with William for restricted shares (one year restriction).  William does not inform investors that exploration is not performed during the Winter months, and so investors begin buying, thinking that price appreciation will begin right away.  Delays will continue until the one year restriction is met, and then look out below.  This is so comical, and so true to form for William --- the guy is a real master.  No one asks why the big miners are not involved, and no one asks why the Chinese, Japanese and Koreans are not stepping up to the plate with backing.  I personally find it odd that the Asians are buying up Canada's resources like there is no tomorrow, yet this opportunity is not considered.  Maybe they know something about the project or the people involved?  It makes me wonder.
