Your post is in accurate; Yes there is unclear events taking place that need addressing and yes "us" shareholders have a stake to lose in this as well with some more then others.
I would agree that it would be fitting and professional of the company to address the rumored changes within the company to be provided through a formal Press release and 8k. These material events regardless of whether the company is public or not should be provided due to the support and for some continued support of the company. We need to see in print what direction the company is moving in even if that has changed from Veals Jan 2018 update.
