However, I also noticed a similar action taking place for what may be TPAC's Australia corporation. The status of TRANS-PACIFIC AEROSPACE PTY LIMITED is "Strike-Off Action In Progress"

Again, filing will handle these issues but is TPAC in such dire straights that filing is being held off in order not to divulge as much?
I'm also wondering why, if TPAC has the sole distributorship rights to the Onebot T-8 for purchases outside of China and if the selling of the E-bikes is of such high priority, why is the tpacbearings.com website link to purchase an E-bike not set up or why does it not direct you to whatever website TPAC is using for purchases of the E-bikes?
Is TPAC still sole distributor of the T-8 Onebot? I emailed jeffrey@onebotbike.com asking that question and got no reply.
