Right, I have been along for the ride. He subsequently mentioned to several that his focus was on getting back to the pinks first though. And since we have not yet done that, I would assume the Form 10 action is not the first priority. And per that PR, he says the last two fiscal years which would technically be 2011 and 2010. Since 2012 is not yet over and wasn't even close to being over back then. This is all jmo, I just don't want to see S/Hs set up for disappointment. I personally hope to hear from him before that, as it would be 6 months if that were the case.
