My estimate shows falak Holdings with 259 million and the 11 million closer to 20 million, The Balkan energy shares may have been counted twice as they appeared as a 5% holder, I'm not sure if it was already accounted for in a related entity transfer in the filings.
My thoughts are if they were going to go private with the projects it would have been done long ago and they would not have filed the 8k. They are using PSPW as a wealth generator, possible reverse IPO with other entities.This is not just about a hydro Dam projects, IMO
You would have to think they have the best available financial advisers, I know nothing in this league but do a lot of reading. They could easily generate 5 billion dollars of net worth immediately, possibly 10 billion on the transfer of PSPW structure under a Holding company publicly listed.
How do billionaires generate more net worth quickly? I could be all wrong here but this is a rubrics cube aligning up. I am more than confident that the shares have been moved over to LTD entities awaiting further action and we may get further insight soon.
One the other side maybe they don't want to be involved with market requirements and would be comfortable staying with the OTC but why have one of New York's best accounting firms doing your filings?
