(OTCBB: CHCR ) ("Advanzeon” or the "Company") announced today that it is on target to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (“10-K”) for the fiscal years ending 2015 through 2017, as previously announced. This filing will bring the Company current in its 10-K filing requirements.
Clark A. Marcus, the Company's Chairman and CEO, stated, "In the Company’s release dated May 21, 2018, it announced not only the filing of its 10-K for fiscal years 2013 and 2014, but also that it anticipated it would be filing its next 10-K for fiscal years 2015 through 2017 by July 30, 2018. After speaking with the Company’s accountants and independent auditors, the Company has been advised that it is on target to file its 10-K for fiscal years 2015 through 2017 by July 30, 2018. This will bring the Company current with respect to all of its 10-K filing requirements. The Company’s accountants and independent auditors have also advised the Company that shortly after the filing of the form 10-K, the Company will be positioned to file its Form 10-Q for fiscal quarters 1 and 2 of 2018. This filing will bring the Company current with respect to all of its required SEC financial filings.”
