I haven't been around long enough to have heard that, but while it may be true, it also indicates that after the R/S he'll be selling a lot of shares to that Institutional investor. If the money the Institution brings in makes it possible to get products out faster, it may work for us, but it would be nice if they'd say it up front.
I believe if they'd wait until at least the pen has shipped, the share price could be dramatically higher, and the size of the R/S could be dramatically lower and we'd have been far better off as individual investors. Of course if the only way they can get the pen out is with the money from the Institution, that would be a different matter, but I don't believe that's the case if they can truly get it out this Summer.
