Welch's price target (assuming current share structure--an invalid assumption after the conclusion of the court case) is $.20 in 2023. Again, this assumes the _current_ _share_ _structure_ and is NOT a valid assumption. I only use is as a point of comparison (apples to apples).
I can start thinking about retiring when it hits $.25.
