reading the manipulators (i.e. manipulation) is pretty easy to do after observing/documenting for years .. re: IPIX .. NR clearly either doesn't have *access* to all *available* shares .. or is hoarding (holding) onto them for future *efforts* re: *CONtroll*
there was a stretch there recently where IPIX didn't even have a sub 30% day *reported* .. it was all plus 30% (significantly) .. i'd noted a couple of weeks or so back (pre new *shares* presumably available) overall *stress* on NR would be shown by daily reporting in the 40% and 50% range .. and that *imo* reg sho is not too far away from being triggered on IPIX ..
one of the keys *imo* worth noting is NRs' inability to do *volume* follow thru .. *imo* it's a classic symptom of NRs' (Years) of being upside down (liquidity goes poof) .. (remember most OTC *targets* will not survive NRs' *attention*) .. and as i've also noted a few x .. NR is on their knees with gratitude for the years of mgmt sanctioned dilution .. because imo it's kept the *abusive* hole less than it otherwise would be .. but based on *legal* reported since NRs' last illegal orchestrated significant take up in the back half of 2014 .. *abusive* is pretty hefty .. especially when trading crews (et al) .. can't convince investors to part with shares for 10 to 15c ..
(the rinse and repeat cycle) .. that trading crews are known for
as you may remember from a few years back .. i'd noted NR and 70c .. i'm curious to see how IPIX is handled once that price point is reached again for any length of time .. (volume will matter here as well) .. but so far NR is giving every indication of *trying* to do .. what i refer to as .. a partially laddered cover .. meaning that each week or every two weeks (sans news) .. IPIX will be reset at a higher PPS than the resets done lower (goal here is to entice traders for both volume and *liquidity*) .. usually when NR is in control (and that is where imo those *shares* (if) accessed come into play will be worth watching and why daily reg sho *reporting* is now so *telling* % wise) .. it's a very subtle PPS movement .. done to not trigger reg sho .. my expectation is IPIX does trigger reg sho (in spite of NRs' efforts) .. and imo it can happen at any time going forward ..
legal (due out AH's on 7.11.18) should be equally telling
