I don't know about any mediation on or before July 31 but I do know that Mrs Li has paid out in excess of the $3.5 million to Jerry G. When she acquires control of the company she started the ball rolling to produce products to be shipped to China. Water was to be shipped to China in bulk containers and placed into containers of a variety of sizes in a bottling plant she controlled over there. She also was producing a plum drink to satisfy the Chinese for that flavor. I don't see how they can settle the problem as the financial loss will be UN-measurable. The game the Management pulled off to regain control of the company was illegal. Stock holders were never allowed to vote on it. Also note both Gerry David and Kevin Harrington resigned as officers of the company just prior to the law suit in an effort to escape being sued. They stayed on as consultants at a rate of $8,000 per month each. Also note they are predicting a 5 year time frame for the company to make the big money. Lets see $8,000 per month x 60 months = $480,000 each. They also brought their buddies aboard with great promises and to date its all been talk and zero results. Each month the company debt increases and so does the dilution. I don't know how this is all going to work out but I would suggest a lot of questions be asked. They installed MOD on the Investors Hangout Board and He deletes any post I put up. Its all hype and no logic. I myself always posted positive when Jerry G. Was in control and with the promise of delivering goods to China it looked like we were on a path to explode the earnings. I think the current management should be in jail for defrauding the stockholders and return Mrs Li and Jerry G back in control.
