I hope some BP realizes that a fair deal with IPIX would be a major win/win for both sides.
I don't think Leo is looking for the deal of the century, just a fair deal as mentioned above.
Lots of competition between BPs, offering a fair deal IMO would separate such a BP from the pack.
Hoping BP ego doesn't get in the way of a reasonable deal that will net them many, many, many billions in profits.
