mach 10 mentioned in his posts he was sick of bashers and it wasnt worth his time to deal w them-so his disappearance from postings is a self fulfilling prophecy for bashers and thus he has in the past gone long periods without posting for the same stated reasons

in sep 2009 due to economic leveling and political orders to destroy these penny stocks mms bashers shorters brokers dtcc etc became the prime manipulators and controllers of share price in a market literally saturated w fraud bc the gate keepers had become part of the fraud,-thus nnlx pps chart is NORMAL for penny stocks since sept 2009
especially in no info stocks,
absent catalysts which can be understood by longs,such as creation of products, transition to gross and then net revenue,patents, and then the game changing attempts the last year to license sell or partner flat pack patents in some large markets-which the same posters dont seem to recognize as a gamechanger

thus thousands of pennies were destroyed by brokers mms dtc illegal never before seen moves/takings from sept 2009 to date-it takes time to turn that inertia around especially when new political appointments are filibustered- it truly was unprecedented - its very easy for frustrated longs to blame the companies for those illegal never before seen fraudulent takings-but doing so just allows the dark side/ force to capture longs

you're posting of this despite recent and numerous explanations shows you are not moved by recent logic and are at the point of capitulation as a poster here was a couple years ago-I've never seen anybody recover from capitulation-when it occurs in one area of life it rapidly takes over and that is the ultimate goal of bashers-to capture you to the dark side -if you are not aware of that you have no defense-seen it on this board 1-2 years ago-somebody asked why his post was deleted and i gave him a dozen reasons in a full page but now he doesnt care

you keep mentioning past events years ago- but right now we are dealing w 3 grant apps and possible negotiations w perhaps a dozen parties in 6-7 nations in a more open negotiation and playing field than we have w big pharma in the usa

NDA's are absolutely common at this stage of negotiations until final agreement

the license etc of flat pack in eu etc is the culmination of 10 years of patent etc work
serious negotiations could not begin til the ca apr 11 publication of the patents in the u register and the apparent concomitant expiration of a statutory period to challenge the patents in the eu

its very common for months to go by between meetings while parties do dd like types of 'appraisals' and determine strategy and go thru channels

make a list of info you think nnlx should be sharing with us,such as the timing of nih and nsf grant apps and then either post that list here-we know financials etc -thats been brought up by our favorite vendetta player 100's of times-or send such list to nnlx
-that would be a constructive use for your understandable frustrations and would be helpful for NNLX in understanding shareholder concerns and thus tailor their updates accordingly within the many limitations they face in posting updates
