Since it was posted on LieHub, and with no link to the "source" of the big news flash, it's smart to treat it as misinformation with the intent of the poster likely being to redirect our focus back to the Fish's favorite topic.
Usually it's nothing more than a waste of time. Some of what get's posted there is fact based, but the vast majority isn't, so it's best to ignore most of what you see there until it's verified.
