Mary...the company still has to resolve the convertible notes payables (last paragraph page 15 of 4/30/18 financials).
Past mistakes of the CEO? Everything has taken so long to happen that the past is still current because it either hasn't happened or it happened in a far different manner than he explained it in either tweets or sharehlder letters.
On4 potential future is unknown. They are many other distracted driver app companies that have been around for awhile. No one'e technology seems to be the end all fix. Price is still a major stumbling block. $250 and higher for a bSafeMobile unit is far too high for any volume in my opinion. Why not give the unit away for free (or at $19 one time charge to cover unit cost) and charge a small monthly fee ($5). All of sudden you have recurring revenue that is being paid montly by credit card.
Until the A/R balance goes down I just don't believe the.sales (and more imporatantly how it's recognized).
