It’s because BOTH appear to be the same source.
They WILL NOT take down the earlier UNTIL they confirm it was NOT from the company.
I spoke with Jessica twice, Anna Marie on the first call, and Erin on the 3rd call.
I told you these Fake PR’s smell, and Globe Newswires is trying to figure out how the verification process could have been manipulated. Was it really manipulated?
It's now 4:20 as I edit and both are still up. But you can see they were at 4:14 when I took the screen shot.
David from MT was considering options including filing a NOTICE TO DISREGARD, but ONLY when they figure out the filing was a manipulation will they take it down. If it wasn't the company will have to verify they submitted it and it was misinformation, though they could say it was by mistake.
