Bonnie’s knowledge and familiarity with the benefits as well as the drawbacks of dealing with homes built between 1837 and 1901 began when she relocated to San Francisco from Minnesota in the 1990s. Her love of Victorian and Edwardian architecture drew her immediately to the Painted Ladies in Alamo Square, and her career as Victorian Specialist continued to flourish.
