Why the 4th of July...probably just because he just wanted to give FINRA a couple of more weeks, & Independence Day fell on his self imposed timeline...I doubt it was anything more than just a very notable, arbitrary date.

FINRA is not a government agency...they took over the reins from a previous government agency. Now...they sure act like a bureaucratic government agency...that's fer sure!

I honestly don't know why he insisted on doing the share retirement as part of the name change...could be fees...could be a "clean start" to a "clean new company" or something else. Obviously, he is frustrated that it is taking so long...in the immortal words of Forrest Gump: "$hit Happens". ie: the recently discovered debt from Delaware domiciled ONCI shell seems to be the proverbial fly in the ointment.

Re: FINRA change/catalyst...new company/new start...1.4B shares being retired...positive $$$ flow already on the books...etc...that's a good story. Why we aren't trading higher, with all the positive fundamentals going for us right now...I don't have a clue...but I do believe it eventually will. Yeah, it sucks that we're stuck where we are...but tons of forward progress (contracts & $$$) continue to be made by SB...so I patiently wait for the market to come around.
