No I hadn't heard of them before... But I could also say I have no idea who invented the Fitbit either. I'm guessing that person exists outside of my ignorance. Most people don't know of people until they do research.
You think they announce the acquisition of WEWI and the contract is a fabrication? Seriously? That's straight out fraud. Im sure Owen thought it would be a great idea to leave his successful career for a jail cell.
They covered the preferred conversion by telling us their board made the Preferred B's grossly less valuable to protect the shareholders!

Transparency: they are silent for a reason.
Ask yourself, do the people you listed own shares? Do you think they want the PPS to tank?
They know in due time the payday is coming.
Relax... If you want your investment to be fruitful ask yourself if posting pissed off comments on social media are helping that investment. Investor365 went full idiot on Ywitter.... Did it help? Did it force them to respond?
Answer if you need help is no. None of it made them start flowing with information. In fact, it made Jason respond that he won't be threatened into doing something before they are damn well ready.
