No question the company issued millions of shares to Aspire per their agreement..
No question the company has had a 100% success ratio in its trials to date .
No question the company was attacked by short sellers.
No question abusive naked short selling is criminal as stated by an SEC Chairman.
No question the short sellers have been and still are attacking the company.
No question that because of their attacks the share price has been driven down
The question is were CTIX/IPIX not under attack how many millions of shares would not have been issued to Aspire. Many millions IMHO.
We are lucky we have great science and savvy management. I look forward to the day when cash flow is not an issue and the company is able to expose and prosecute those who have attacked it. Go IPIX!!!
