I liked this line in the conclusion, "As standards take on increasingly important roles in digitized economies, the need to streamline SEP litigation and licensing becomes more urgent." It's almost as though they were speaking about our case in particular. I have been saying our IP will eventually become Industry Standard and in essence IMHO it has. I also believe the appeal to be "The Last Stand" for any who oppose our claim and our patents. The up and coming oral delivery should be the opportunity R&G has been waiting for to stress the need to streamline litigation as there are several more infringing parties in the pipeline. R&G putting their ducks in a row for future litigation. Man, the potential here is phenomenal.
