All companies that go public do so to raise capital. IPIX
All companies that go public do so to raise capital. IPIX has raised capital by having Aspire supply funds when needed, issuing shares to Aspire which Aspire sells into the market to investors. The higher the share price the fewer the number of shares issued. If the share price goes down more shares are required. Naked shorters sell shares that do not exist into the market while at the same time verbally attacking the company in an attempt ti instill fear and doubt in investors minds causing them to sell at a loss. CTIX/IPIX was attacked by short sellers and is still under attack today. The company has and is fighting back but the fact that millions of counterfeit shares exist in investors accounts has driven down the share price and at the same time forced the company to issue many more shares to Aspire than they would have had it not been under attack.
The Chairman of the SEC stated that abusive naked shorting is criminal and CTIX/IPIX has been victimized by these criminals. The good news is we have great science and savvy management and because of that most long term investors not only haven't sold but have added substantially to their holdings at manipulated prices.
All investors should be mad as hell about the additional dilution caused by the short sellers attacking our company. What they have done is criminal and we need to demand an end to abusive naked shorting now! Please write to your Congresscritters. Go IPIX!!!
