That would be a great surprise Winston. It would also be out of character for SB. I have learned to check my expectations especially regarding short term timelines. If Steve pushes out a SHL and/or a reduction PR I'll be barbequing with extra gusto on the 4th. I wouldn't be surprised if the reduction news took a couple of weeks to come out.
