Apparently the BTGI website is up and running again, with a whole new organizational mission:
"Bulova Technologies Group Inc. specializes in buying, improving and selling companies in a diverse set of industries. It specifically aims at manufacturing and service oriented opportunities where its highly experienced staff can thoroughly understand, analyze and improve companies from operational as well as financial aspects.
A significant advantage that BTGI possesses is the ability of its staff not only to assess potential organizations but also to integrate into the existing operating staff, incorporating the goals of BTGI from the onset of the acquisition or merger. The overall result is the formation of an improved entity structured to move forward aggressively."
In other words , it leverages borrowed money thru the banks and issuing debt to buy distressed businesses. Then they re-organize them before re-selling for a profit.
Jeezus Christ. There is no mention of what we currently own. Now apparently we still own Big Red/ BT Twiss in some type of LLC type incarnation. We probably are still stuck with parts of the machine division as well (?).
Gurba needs to come out of hiding pronto and tell us what the real financial situation is as things stand.
