How can anyone have faith in the BOD any more given the complete lack of any formal or official communication in the last 7 months, let alone the last 2 months since the suspension took hold. A few sentences in the local newspaper, or a quote from Lampl while vacationing in Peru during all this turmoil doesn't really cut it. There hasn't been a formal PR or 8K about the overall company standing in 7+ months.
About $155 worth of shares have been traded today. Sounds like the pickings are slim for those trying to unload. There may be a lot of "fools" trying to sell but there simply isn't a market to buy what's being pushed. And many sales now will incur broker fees that create a negative net sale. That WOULD be foolish at this point so why not ride it out to the end since there's literally nothing more to lose at this point for most investors.
