(SANT) announced today that it has successfully completed the financial and technology due diligence necessary to close on the acquisition of Corum LLC. The due diligence covered financial, operational, administrative and technology diligence. The company expects to close on the acquisition transaction on or before July 20, 2018. The company expects to launch the platform globally on August 8th and will be releasing the unique platform features a few days prior to the release.
