They are essentially a middle-man firm that helps companies through the process of acquisition. In terms of CYPE - they are helping transact the Merger and Acquisition of the shell. Additionally, Ibeto has made a MESA agreement which is an equity financing agreement. The MESA agreement is structuring an equity release plan.
Milost acts as the financial firm, finances the buy-in, buys and holds shares...etc.
All of the specifics of the Ibeto deal are written in the MESA agreement. That hasn't been released publicly of the specifics - but it's essentially a share split between the agency and Milost - with set time frames on when Milost will release equity to the company.
