IFUS counter sued the 2 ex directors, one was suing IFUS but
Post# of 644
We do know there has been a massive legal battle spanning 8 court cases and 5 years now, that IMHO have been designed to starve IFUS of money it needs to grow, etc.
IFUS must be worth way more than .0060 average it traded at for 5 years, or neither side would spent 2 times today's market cap fighting for control since 2013.
I will be posting the rest of the story as I get it written and formatted.
In my opinion , the link below of the IFUS counter suit is clear about what happened since 2013 (at least according to IFUS and the IFUS CEO, it is 100% crystal clear, it was the reason IFUS got such a sweet "amicable" settlement with out even going to trial. And the bread crumbs exposed in the counter suit are pretty shocking, but not surprising!
A settlement for no interest for 20-? years of payments, for 5 years of no payments and no payment for legal expenses.
So much for the claimed "simple loan default" that traveled through 2 courts, and 4 years with IFUS winning the settlement with out even going to trial!!!!
No mystery now folks, it is all here in black and white for the first time in 5 years!
Here is the pdf printed copy from the court records, it is public record.
The CEO of IFUS is not IMHO one to "make stuff up".
If it was not true,
I see no reason why the other side
after 5 years of dragging IFUS through 7-8 super expensive court cases to apparently starve IFUS of working capital,
would have suddenly freaked out at the first counter suit and settled for what IFUS was willing all along to do, which was to pay back the loan,
and not battle away in court like they had for 5 years to prove those counter suite claims were false?
Where there is smoke there is usually fire folks, that much I know.
I also wonder why 2 times as much money as the loan and 5 years was wasted to try and seize what we have been by told is a "scam shell, worth nothing"?
Who in their right mind spends $750,000 net, to take control of a "scam shell" if it is a "scam shell" and $500,000 to try and collect $250,000 the company was always willing to pay back?
This was never about a "simple loan default" folks.
From my perspective it has always been a battle for control of what should already be a 100 Mil dollar market cap giant in the waste to cattle feed manufacturing market.
If it was just about a shell take over, one could have been bought in 2013 for $20,000.
Here is the court case IFUS counter suit file folks!!!
It was an IFUS counter suit against the 2 ex directors of IFUS and the company behind the loan to IFUS, that ended the 4 year running "simple loan default judgement" case that ended with out a loan default judgement, but instead ended with an interest free loan to IFUS for 15-20 + years, that should have taken days if it was really just a simple "loan default case", that ended in win for IFUS.

I would not be at all surprised if IFUS shareholders filed a similar suit like the one linked above, as a shareholders class action suit against the 2 ex directors.
I also think it would be smart for all sides to focus on settling all this nonsense and finish what IFUS et al started in 2013, instead of wasting another 4 years and another million dollars in court.
But I am sure of one thing, IFUS will not give up or quit, nor will the shareholders that back IFUS and the IFUS CEO!
