$INSY Finishing the week ABOVE $7.00/share was a good thing. DROPPING from above $8.00/share to do it was a not so good. Understandable...even expected, but investors were teased with the higher share price and may have become a little greedy too fast.
Will INSY drop below $7.00/share. A good possibility. Will the share price go above $8.00/share. Also a good possibility. There are a lot of past/current fires that have to be put out. Some of the sparks from the past/current fires may spread and cause additional fires. Investors who are aware of the past/current difficulties and mentally prepared for additional concerns will weather the firestorm. The path may be the Yo-yo going up and down or the Roller Coaster that sees peaks and valleys for weeks on end. In my opinion, the Key to safely navigating through all the turmoil is to continue to follow the responses/Press Releases of the CEO/Executive Staff of INSY Therapeutics, Inc. IF they remain available to respond to questions/concerns from all sides of the business and legal world, the company WILL remain strong and grow. IF they choose to hide behind the roadblocks placed by lawyers, the NEGATIVE perception will be that there are even more MAJOR issues that will be litigated. The NEGATIVE perception will lead to a No Confidence attitude from investors and the stock will tank.
I remain confident in the CEO/Executive Staff of INSY THERAPEUTICS. I am in for the long ride.
