Re: freedomdreamer #13395
There is no doubt that Friedland put a damper on the stock. It seems that we'll need some news that isn't fully anticipated to really move the stock. I'm speaking of something like an unexpected partnership or news of a trial that we don't even know officially has started. Of course an update of the corporate presentation would help, and I believe if they ever did either a webcast science day, or webcast quarterly in which Analysts, and perhaps investors could ask questions, as long as they handled it well, it should be a big positive.

In most cases, I wouldn't be surprised if Analysts tell companies what they wish to ask in advance, I cannot prove it, but it's rare that companies don't answer answer Analysts questions pretty directly. On the other hands, when investors ask question they generally want to delve into the company in areas where the company considers it confidential. An old CEO I've spoken with would say such information wasn't yet ready for prime time, or he had other expressions that let investors know in a nice way that they would not yet discuss that subject matter. I really don't believe that many were angered by such answers, as long as they're done tactfully. Of course even when questions are answered directly, the depth of the answer often leaves the investor searching for more, but at least something new is learned.

I believe it's only a matter of time until the company has more to say, I just don't know how much longer it will be. The next quarterly should be issued mid August, while i'd hope something happens before then, it is the next time the company must issue something.

Gary
