Am taking it as a BIG HINT the CEO Leo sees a BP DEAL
on or before SEPTEMBER 30th. If so 10x move up even from today's close very possible. And that deal if made will be on only ONE DRUG in their pipeline - THEY HAVE 3 GREAT ONES if you check and do your DD
