The Parliament House is a 120 room, full service lodging and entertainment facility. It has become one of the premier destination resorts for the LGBT community throughout the world. Famous for its night life, the facility includes a swimming pool, restaurant, and a 10,000 square foot entertainment complex which includes a nightclub / disco, a 150 seat live-performance theater, and several themed bars.
The company plans on aggressively acquiring additional resorts nationwide in high traffic LGBT locations as well as co- branding (license) the iconic name to national & international resorts. Equity stakes will be negotiated. As a featured RCI timeshare company each resort properties cash flow will be enhanced.
The current facilities will be renovated & a new 150 room major chain hotel will be built on premises. The company plans on catering to all lifestyle needs including gay marriage.
Strong shareholder friendly mgmt with multiple businesses will be integrated into Parliament Holdings Inc. Ceo Don Granatstein, Susan Unger as well as Erwin Vahlsing Jr make up the team.
