Normally in the U.S. after the MTD is determined in Phase 1, more people are dosed at that level but it's considered to be a small Phase 2, thus the designation of being a Phase 1/2 Trial. I'm unsure that the same thing isn't being applied in Israel, but they're calling it the second part of Phase 1. It would be even more positive if we found they were now testing the drug at the MTD in patients with psoriasis, and perhaps other skin diseases. If anyone knows more about the testing in Israel, and how they work with the IRB there, please chime in.

When I think about Hirsch issuing another update I believe he's waiting for something much bigger than proof the cream is safe to do it. I can only hope that whatever the event is, it's not too far away. If we look at the timeline, there are many things which are upcoming, or may have started that haven't been reported on. I have a feeling that what he may be waiting on is something that isn't shown on the timeline either, namely some sort of partnership or collaboration. Time will tell, but clearly safety didn't move the stock, and I believe that it's because we all knew the cream would be safe, it was simply a matter of having to prove it to meet the requirements of International drug testing, not just Israeli requirements.
