we shall see .. it's hard to put myself in mgmt's shoes .. but from my POV (knowing how NR *handles* EOM/EOQ aspects) .. i would have held off on this agreement until Monday .. that said .. aspects are clearly laid out and a time line noted .. which may be required .. or not .. and that imo may well be mgmt having the last *word* .. 
watching for *decoys du jour* today .. LAFC/OTCX .. noting volume avgs .. and what NR has to mark .. and whether NRs' *goal* (almost always in play) goes off
next up next week .. shortened holiday week .. then June's MM Monthly for confirmation of *decoys' utilized by NR* .. and then of course the *legal* due out AH's on 7.11.18
