Interesting it closed at .38. So Aspire wouldn’t agree unless there is a high level of confidence in getting their $$$ back. They probably we’re privy to where the negotiation parameters are with the interested parties. So they must be pretty good. They are also contingent on a number of future events transpiring, which the $$$ are being used to just get us there. I think there must be a big offer that is scaled on the P outcome. Mainly a buyout of the whole Company. If the deal didn’t include P. A B deal would have been done or done on BTD. Still a chance a separate B deal is possible before P, but small chance.
