I doubt it would take 6 months to a year to go that route, but we'll have to wait and see how it plays out. They are very close to the point of default revocation now, especially if the court cuts that postponement short.
Since we are actually talking about PixelMags here, getting back to fully reporting status and trading again should be relatively quick. It would be different if it was a fly by night deal, but when FINRA looks at PixelMags it shouldn't have any reason to delay processing the forms.
I would be willing to bet that they already have their last two years of data plus 2018 year to date fins ready to file. What was shared awhile back suggested that the point where data had been lost or fudged was a few years back. I believe the 2016 & 2017 data was fine, so it should happen well inside of 6 months.
I agree though, after waiting this long we may as well wait a bit more. The possible pre-split share value could be a thing of beauty depending on PixelMags revenues.
