Aspire receives shares for .38, probably has been the manipulator driving the pps down. Now they are shareholders. Which way would a shareholder want the pps to go? hmmm..... Lower, they lose money. hmmm.... When the company succeeds, they make money. hmmm...

If the company is negotiates a partnership with OM the pps goes higher, what would a shareholder want?..... hmmmm....
