It is ridiculous to say that purported possible future dilution is a reason to sell a stock that has 3 drugs with multiple successful clinical trials for several different applications, when the market cap is much less than that of companies who have only one drug which is either not as far along as IPIX's, or, like ARTH, have gotten red-flag FDA letters.
With a market cap of 55 million, IPIX is undervalued by a factor of at least 5, and more logically by a factor of 10 or more -- right now.
Cox pumped the stock when it was priced much higher, and didn't even have a single successful clinical trial. Now that it is much, much further along the approval pathway for multiple drugs, and valued much LOWER, he says sell AT MARKET? Panic selling at market is never good for anyone -- unless someone has a motive for wanting to get people to sell low. Like, for instance, if someone is short the stock and wants to cover. Or wants to build a big position as cheap as possible.
