dd...... my gut feeling is NTEK won’t be sold and if it does get sold all the judgements need to be satisfied first ....
As it stands NTEK has no true value...... only toxic debt. I don’t see anyone that would be interested Purchasing NTEK.... to many issues !!
NTEK has no ownership to UltraFlix just like it had no ownership of Clear Memories. They were only divisions of NTEK with no stock exchange ever held by NTEK. Look at what happen to Clear Memories it was no longer a division of NTEK. It was simply just return.
Will UltraFlix no longer be a division of NTEK and returned and just be a private company ??
UltraFlix was a separate Corporation. The same with 4K Studios.
UltraFlix is where the true value is.
The so call UF 3.0 verson Technology was never released and never disclosed to anyone. Why wasn’t the UF 3.0 Technology ever shown at the annual SHM in January??? Simple answer the UF 3.0 is tucked away in DF Brain ..... which is were the true value is !!!!
NTEK doesn’t have any BOD or CEO or Company Officers filed with OTC..... seems no one wants to be associated with NTEK.
Why wasn’t Janell Iron Dragon considered as a BOD to NTEK at the time of the SHM???... but instead just considered as a producer to UltraFlix....
I could be wrong but I see UF as private company.
UltraFlix and it’s technology is DF !!!!
