I am pleased to share with you today an update on recent corporate developments and our vision for the future of Kali, Inc. First, I wish to take this opportunity to thank all our shareholders for your continued support and commitment. We have been quiet recently as we have been focused on evaluating opportunities to drive growth in our current $5 billion fragmented and underserved marina market sector. Our primary focus is on achieving profitability and driving shareholder value.
We are well-aligned to continue our growth in the marina services industry but as we view the landscape of our existing business line, we believe that we can achieve accelerated revenue growth by expanding our business operations through the numerous growth opportunities available to us. To that end, we have been analyzing further opportunities relating to marine asset acquisitions, marina management, and a spinoff marine canvas division. We are evaluating each possibility for fit and value and look forward to reporting progress as we proceed.
We have recently filed our annual report with the state of Nevada and are working to become compliant with OTC Markets for a current pink sheet listing. We are also working on a new corporate website which we are hoping to publish in the near future.
