What Rod receives as salary is in line with other CEOs, the problem is that the other site bashers are so desperate to find something wrong with SIRG they are trying anything and everything they can to bring SIRG down. All their warnings about massive dilution since last March and again in October have failed to materialize and as SIRG moves closer to re-opening the mine they are becoming more desperate.
Their favorite company GDSM's previous Jason Cooper received over 31M shares as compensation for serving as CEO for around a year. He was listed as a beneficial shareholder on their annual report. But he is gone by March 30th so he sold those 31+M shares during the pump run to .034. He could have sold those shares between .01 and .03 easily and banked as much as $900K. Now that is a salary they refuse to discuss.
