ADOPTION OF ALL RESOLUTIONS BY UBISOFT GENERAL MEETING ON 27 JUNE 2018
Paris - June 27, 2018 - Today, Ubisoft General Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Yves Guillemot. The quorum was set at 67%.
The shareholders approved all the resolutions on the agenda, expressing their full support for Ubisoft's strategy and management.
In particular, shareholders voted in favour of the resolutions allowing programs to grant free shares to employees, an essential tool in the Group's talent recruitment and retention policy.
Yves Guillemot, Chairman and CEO of Ubisoft, said: "We are delighted by the full support our shareholders have shown us today. This vote demonstrates the confidence they have placed in us to continue on our successful path and to strengthen Ubisoft's position among the world's leaders in video games."
