imo NR *works* cycles of money on almost every OTC equity until they can't
so *imo* for years .. CTIX (IPIX) was taken UP and then reset back .. (this is why i watch *liquidity*) .. the last *take up* .. of significance *imo* .. was at the back end of 2014 (just under $5.00) .. with the handoff *imo* for the reset back down .. in early 2015 .. only a funny thing happened .. the company's platform was far stronger by 2015 .. and actual investors *imo* outweighed *traders* .. (this is why *imo* one of the signals to watch for is decreasing volume) .. but let's be clear and real .. most investors can have their emotions' triggered by a PPS relentlessly being compressed (and sell) .. however by July 2015 .. it was pretty clear to me (based on both *legal* reported and daily markage %s .. *increasing* .. that NR had a problem on their hands .. this is why i posted my first public post *there* on my NSS board .. that CTIX (IPIX) was about to blow wide open) .. because NR had few options .. when you can't get investors to part with their shares .. and *volume* BS *CONtinues* by rote .. NR will trigger reg sho (even on the poorly watched and blatantly bogus *reporting* that NR does on those OTC companies that came public via a R/M) .. and then came the classic playbook *attack* by NR .. which is played out by rote by NR
for those who've done the DD on NRs' *tactics* .. bogus BS is SOP
what kept me in my investment .. was mgmt's aggressive response back to the blatant fallacies' *orchestrated* by NR
company's diverse platform is huge .. but imo mgmt's *awareness* of what was being done then .. and how subsequently handled .. was actually more important to me .. having watched *clueless* mgmts on the OTC totally misunderstand NRs' attack and *intent* >> end result being loss of company besides a devastated PPS
usually what is being done is NR gets a stock so low .. mgmt is forced to do toxic financing .. this plays right into NRs' hands .. where they literally re-short

this is why some investors who know NRs' rigged game had concern about those 8M *shares* .. and why embeds are so threatened by daily % *marked*
because when there is *true* liquidity (whether by traders or investors' selling) daily markage doesn't *increase* .. it decreases .. and the exact opposite has happened on IPIX .. even more telling to me was what NR was *showing* on the *legal* they report to Finra (citing a bogus daily volume avg of 677k was also telling) .. for over a year now .. NR has had to keep a round robin of resets' *reported* (imo) on IPIX in the 1.1M - 1.2M *range* .. (imo everything NR does is % based) .. and why i strongly suspect NR is this close (an inch) to triggering reg sho
this is why it matters who NR utilizes as a decoy on l2 .. (MM Monthly also reported to Finra) .. there are only 3 MMs' that *matter* on IPIX .. for the past year + .. CDEL/NITE/ETRF .. so when you see *decoy* OTCX or VERT or any of the others *blocking* on l2 .. (bid or ask) .. odds are they are doing the *deed* for one of the first 3 reporting each month to Finra (per Finra .. only those MMs' actually doing the activity .. can report .. this is why for years i noted in posts that MMs can show what they want .. when they want .. but all actual activity (trades) had to be reported each month)
so volume avgs matter .. oddly enough at this point imo and noted previously .. PPS to me while important .. isn't per se .. because of how actual investors
have handled this last round of take down (70c to 35c) .. over the past year +
NR is battling *imo* a baby bio on the OTC with a diverse platform .. an aware mgmt team and as equally important *imo* >> more educated investors << than NR usually deals with on an OTC *target*
NR is used to controlling *outcomes* .. imo .. and while i'll never say never .. imo NRs' access to those 8M (imo approx half utilized so far) is more about trying to *control* news out of mgmt .. the more NR has to *access* in advance of mgmt's news .. the less ability NR has to *CONtroll* via embeds/crews working various SMBs
and imo that is the current dilemma NR is in .. sure they can reset the 52 week on their next goal of 30c/25c/20c/15c .. yada yada .. but then they face numerous investors who keep picking of *shares* .. NR really *cant* part with
and as i've noted numerous times .. decreasing volume avgs aligned with increasing daily %s .. and *a holding* pattern on *legal* reported .. COUNTERS SMB rhetoric about *sells* .. that is why it was so important to me to see what NR had to report re: *legal* over the past 6 to 8 weeks
