Generally speaking when significant news is about to break there is price activity. We have seen little change in the stock price day to day and volume is fairly low. I still am of the opinion 2019 is going to be our year unless the Federal Government takes action to promote and encourage medical cannabis research and development. If that were to happen i think our stock would be at .80 to 1.00 in short time. Then, when positive significant news is released the stock should fly.
Another issue is commitment. How much time are the key employees devoting to OWCP? While the piece on compensation does indicate the anticipated effort of certain key people in terms of time, none of us have a clue as to whether these very busy people are devoting the time necessary to move things along. My guess is they are doing enough to get us to the finish line but it will be more like the turtle out distancing the hare.
